When assessing the value of your software development team, it is easy to focus on cost rather than value. Developer salaries are some of the highest around and they are very wide ranging. If you look hard enough you will find cheap labour. However, cheap will often mean 9 to 5 employees who take a long time to deliver simple tasks or take shortcuts at the expense of the product. One of the most important things to understand is the value of a good developer, as opposed to the cost.
Since 2008, I've built a wide range of complete applications using the latest available technologies like micro-services, serverless functions, monolith and more. If I have the freedom of choosing which technology, framework, or whatever it needs, I can guarantee quality and quick delivery.
